10 minute grace period. Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals and will forfeit for the duration of planned session. Please be on time to your appointment. Anything 15+ minutes will be subjected to full pricing and will be paid prior to next session.
EX- 7pm-7:10pm is okay for accommodated session
Continue with remainder of session; pay full pricing of said session
All appointments will be held with accountability through, MassageBook scheduling reminder through E-Mail, within 2 days prior to scheduled date a personal call or text will be sent to fully confirm.

Any valet parking the client will provide or be charged said reimbursement at the time or end of the appointment.
If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason you will be considered a “no-show.” Arriving 25 minutes late is considered “no show”.
You will be charged 60% the first time and moving forward full for your “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 12-hour and 10 minute notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
You may cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
**All No-Shows will be charged 100% (3 Hours or less)**
